Drop-forged Chrome Vanadium steel sockets with S2 steel TRX-P* bits. Sockets are hardened and heat treated with a fully polished finish for resistance to corrosion. TRX-P* Fixings are now commonplace on modern vehicles and if a TRX-Star* bit is used on a TRX-P* fixing it can result in damage to the fastener and tool.
